We are LABUHUB, a supplier specializing in CNC machining, turning, and milling services. We are dedicated to providing mechanical engineers with high-quality CNC machining services known for their reliability, ensuring your designs are precise and delivered quickly.

Order Processing Time

Upon receipt of an order confirmation, our team initiates the order processing procedure. The standard processing time is 1–2 days, though this timeframe may vary based on CNC machine availability and customization requirements.

Customization and Special Orders

For customized or special orders necessitating additional manufacturing or modifications, the processing time will be communicated separately. Regular updates on order progress, estimated completion, and shipping dates will be provided to keep customers informed.

All CNC machining parts can be shipped globally via sea, air, or international express logistics through reputable carriers such as DHL, FEDEX, and UPS. We primarily use sea freight for large-format and heavy-duty CNC machining parts or component parts, air transport for small-sized items, and international express for parts and accessories. Customers can either pick up the CNC machining parts at the destination with the provided bill of lading or opt for door-to-door delivery through a cargo agent.

We proudly extend our services worldwide. For international orders, shipping costs are determined based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate is higher due to the dim weight of the package. Contact our sales manager with machine and/or part details and your shipping address to confirm rates and schedules before placing an order.

In cases of incorrect shipment, carrier damage, defects, or errors on our part, LABUHUB covers return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for actual shipping costs associated with returning items due to wrong purchases or changes of preference.

Shipment Tracking

Upon shipping, customers receive a tracking number via email, allowing them to monitor the shipment’s status through the carrier’s online tracking system or their website account.

Shipment Notifications

Regular email updates include important milestones such as order fulfillment, shipment pickup, and estimated delivery dates. In unforeseen delays or issues, our customer service team promptly communicates with customers to provide assistance and updates.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination. While we strive to meet estimated timeframes, factors beyond our control, like customs clearance or transportation delays, may affect delivery.

Receiving the Shipment

Upon receipt, the customer or an authorized representative must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. Inspection for damage or tampering is recommended before signing. Any observed issues should be noted on the delivery receipt, and our customer service must be contacted within 24 hours to report the issue.

Package Redirection or Rerouting

Customers needing to redirect or reroute a shipment post-dispatch should contact our customer service team. Additional charges may apply, and rerouting may cause delays.
